Collaborative Commissioning
Brief:
NSW Health came to us with an issue of not being able to adequently distribute funds to organisations and indivudials withing the state.
They found that there was a massive disparity in the contact health practitioners and organisations had with one another. This was leading to state health funding being misscalculated and more importantly missused.
With this in mind, they needed a subsection of NSW Health to become a ‘middle man’ on the front lines in local communities, immersing within them in order to help practitioners and organisations communicate with one another. The answer from NSW Health was the creation of the team adeptly named “Collaborative Commissioning”.
Solution:
As the name itself was unable to be altered, we looked at creating a system that would work along side the name, but also could stand alone in its own right.
We determined that in order for the CC team to be effective, their core strategy would have to be based around connecting both people and organisations with one another.
With this in mind, we created a beautiful and clever graphic lockup that not only acted as a visual representation of the letters ‘CC’ but also connected the words ‘Collaborative’ and ‘Commissioning’ with one another. This would act as a link between collaborating brands, but also more importantly allowed us to link the brands tone-of-voice in a smart and sophisticated way.
The brand not only became about connecting projects to funding, it became about connecting people to help and health to care.
